1. Prices
The prices displayed in our online shop (hereinafter referred to as “SHOP”) are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), net amounts, including Swiss VAT, and are guaranteed. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the applicable rates are those in effect at the time of the order.
2. Shipping and Delivery
The shipment of available posters is carried out via postal service within approximately 2 to 3 business days. A single contribution to shipping costs is charged per order.
Orders shipped outside of Switzerland
For all orders shipped outside of Switzerland, customs duties, VAT, or other additional fees may be required by the authorities in the destination country. These charges, which vary depending on local regulations, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product prices or shipping costs.
Products damaged during transport
If a product is damaged during transport, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Kindly provide:
- Clear photos of the damage.
- Photos of the original packaging.
These elements are necessary to file a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, send you a replacement product.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- TWINT
- Stripe (credit cards)
Payments must be made in Swiss francs (CHF).
4. Returns or Exchanges
You can return or exchange an item under the following conditions:
- Posters must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging.
- Returns must include the delivery note.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of an exchange, shipping costs for the new product will be covered by us.
5. Data Protection
All personal data is treated confidentially. The information necessary for processing your order will only be used for this purpose and may be shared with partner companies involved in fulfilling the order.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will be the registered office of SUPERO, unless otherwise required by law.
